Build a customer support platform around Telegram. Messages from users should be automatically routed to the right channels — Telegram groups, Slack, CRM or email. Operators reply from their preferred tools, and the response is delivered back to the client through the bot.

  • Targeted broadcasts with delivery tracking
  • Work schedule and after-hours auto-replies

Result

Clients message the bot — operators reply from their preferred tools. The entire conversation stays seamless for both sides. Administration happens right inside Telegram with no extra services.
