I run projects in the DACH region and make sure the client gets results within the agreed timeline.
We cover the full development cycle – from design through frontend and backend to DevOps and project management. Depending on the project, we bring in additional specialists when needed, always matched to the task.
We work mostly in written form and keep detailed documentation for every stage: tasks, decisions and processes are recorded and always available. At any moment you can see what's done, what's in progress and why particular decisions were made — nothing gets lost in verbal agreements.
